Blackout Poetry

The Spanish students spent March participating in Locura De Marzo.  At the end of the contest, they took the lyrics of finalists’ songs and created their own blackout poetry using those lyrics by choosing which words to keep and which to “black out”. They were allowed to skip and cut up words as they saw fit for the flow of their poems.
