Our juniors spent two days touring the campuses of Wake Forest University, the University of North Carolina School of Arts, and Warren Wilson College as part of their college preparation process. These junior year trips allow our students to see first-hand what the next step in their education could look like, and also prepares students to ask pertinent questions and gather necessary information to make the best informed decision about their future after CHS.
It’s also a fun bonding opportunity! They explored the Arts District in Winston-Salem and checked out downtown Asheville. Many a coffee shop, art gallery, and independent book store were patronized.
