Students and teachers took advantage of a beautiful Friday afternoon to take a hike up the Mill Mountain trail. This hike as an entire school is a yearly tradition at CHS.

Students enjoyed the opportunity to gather outdoors for some lunch and (distanced) fellowship. Weather permitting, we will offer these gatherings once a week.
Students had a chance to socialize in person and enjoy the outdoors playing Capture the Flag, Trailwalking, and Creekwalking.
The work of the creative QuarantZine team has received outside recognition! The first two issues of their publication were reviewed in the new issue of Asymmetrical Anti-Media, a quarterly zine that reviews dozens of other zines. Olchar has even been contacted with requests for copies. Well done!
Our amazing college team made special deliveries today. The seniors each received their personally decorated graduation cap, a photo lawn sign, and a bag of treats. It was a heart-felt gesture and appreciated by all!
Our Pi day recitation contest brought out very impressive contestants. Our winner, Lucy B, successfully recited Pi to 74 correct digits!!!
Even though it rained, Mellisa and Lucy B. still ran the Pi Day race Mellisa’s PE students had prepared – 3.14 miles! Meanwhile, other students stirred up some dry ice ice cream to enjoy.
