Environmental Science at Thornfield Farm
It’s seeding time! From the new germination chamber, to greenhouses, feeding sheep and meeting their youngest farmer baby Dia, the Environmental Science students were able to take in acre upon acre of views and organic farming for this field trip.
Hosting Claire P from Philadelphia
Junior Claire P. from Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia spent a couple of weeks with Corinne and Erika S. The weather was cold and harsh, but they still had a lot of fun together. We were able to provide this hosting opportunity through our affiliation with the Network of Complementary Schools.

The Spanish Class Studies Immigration
Spanish IV students shared projects on immigration between Mexico and the United States, en español, of course!. They each created a piece of art that takes a well-informed, balanced stance on the issue they explored (DACA, inhumane detention centers, immigration legislation across US history, etc.).
