Tuition and Financial Aid

Community High offers full financial aid for all families making less than $60K!

Tuition at Community High School for the 2026-2027 school year is $7,000 annually, with generous need-based financial aid available. Our admissions process is “need-blind,” which means we do not look at family financial circumstances until after admissions offers are made. CHS has two programs to ensure that financial concerns do not prevent anyone who is accepted from attending our school, as follows:

Free Tuition Program: If your family makes less than $60,000 (Adjusted Gross Income on the previous year’s tax return), tuition is automatically free.
Financial Aid: If your family’s income is above $60,000 and you still need financial assistance, you can apply through our regular financial aid program, and we do our best to meet everyone’s needs.

In 2013, we reduced tuition by nearly half to make the school as available as possible to the largest number of students and to challenge the radical inflation rates that currently dominate private secondary and college education. Current tuition amounts to less than a third of the cost of educating each student, demonstrating our commitment to providing an affordable private education.

We have never let financial concerns prevent an accepted student from attending CHS, so we encourage all families who may need assistance to apply.
