An Exchange in the Lone Star State
Students Olivia L and Evalyn W participated in an exchange opportunity through the Network of Complementary Schools. They went to Houston, TX to attend the Kinkaid School for two weeks. They are grateful for the opportunity for personal growth and learning it provided, as well as the lasting memories. Here they share what this trip meant to them:
For our exchange trip, we went to Houston and attended the Kinkaid School. The school was really different from CHS and much bigger but we had so much fun. We really loved this exchange because we got to experience a totally different environment and meet so many new people. The students and faculty at Kinkaid were all so kind to us and curious about the differences between our schools. We also stayed with a very nice family and had just as much fun with them as we did in school. We loved exploring Texas and we are so grateful we got to go on this trip and make so many memories.
